-Convenience- Windsor Hills Resort offers the best location for Disney World and other popular tourist destinations, and it also offers lots of extra 5-star amenities at the resort free of charge for guests.
-Comfort- this just renovated vacation home offers the most comfortable stay for both kids and adults with kids' favourite themed bedroom, full kitchen, new beddings, new tiles, new big LCD TV and blue-ray DVD player, new furniture, etc..
-Affordability- the vacation home offers the most affordable price with no hidden cost, free usages to baby items, internet, long distance phone calls, cable TV, free upgrades to early check-in or late check-out if booking calendar allows, etc..

Is it Smoking-Free home?

A: This is a smoking free home for all guests' health. If smoking is detected, an extra cleaning charge will be applied.

Is pet allowed?

A: Pet is not allowed in Windsor Hills Resort community and this vacation home for other guests' convenience, because a lot of guests are allergic to pet's discharges. If pet is found, a significant extra cleaning fee will be charged.

What is the booking procedure?

A: Normally guest makes an inquiry via email or phone first. We reply you with a quote and booking request form if the property is available. If guest accepts the quote, she/he can send us a formal booking request form with signature. Based on the booking request form, we will prepare a Short-term Rental Agreement and send it to guest for signature. To complete the booking procedure, the guest must send back the signed agreement with security deposit (normally US$200). For last minute booking, a flexible booking procedure can be adopted. Please call and email us for arrangements.

What is the cancellation policy?

A: Renter may cancel the confirmed reservation any time. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter and email. Or the rental payment is not received within the time set in Rental Payment Term. The following cancellation charges will be applied:
Over 90 days prior to the check-in date: deposit will be refunded minus $30 processing fee.
76 - 90 days prior to the check-in date: 50% deposit will not be refunded. Alternatively, the 100% deposit can be used as credit towards future rental of the property within one year.
61 - 75 days prior to the check-in date: the deposit will not be refunded.
45 - 60 days prior to the check-in date: the deposit and 50% rental payment will not be refunded.
Within 45 days prior to the check-in date: the deposit and all rental payment will not be refunded.
If there is a chance of vacation plan change, travel insurance is highly recommended.

Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?

A: In order to have enough time for a thorough cleaning service between stays, normal check-in time is 4:00pm; normal check-out time is 10:00am . If booking schedule is allowed, the guest can check-in earlier or check-out later without extra charge, which is our extra bonus value program for our guests.

When can I get my deposit back?

A: Normally the deposit will be refunded to guest within two weeks after the check-out date if there is no damage found. Sometimes accident does happen; a reasonable charge will be applied to the deposit even though it rarely happens.

Do you have local property manager?

A: This vacation home is serviced by a real Very local property manager, who exclusively services Windsor Hills Resort, not only works in Windsor Hills, but also lives in Windsor Hills, just happens to be our neighbour. Virtually he can be at this vacation home at any moment immediately after your call. How convenient it is! Normally you don't need call him, because this property is always kept at its tip-top service condition. But if you do need his help, he is just "within your arm's reach".

Do you have a referral award program?

A: Yes, we do offer a referral award program. If the guest you referred stays at our vacation home over 6 days, you are entitled to receive us$50 cash reward via our PayPal account, OR us$100 credit to deduct your rental payment for your next stay over 6 days at our vacation home.
