  • Q: Why our vacation homes?

  • A: Disney Dream Vacation Homes offer the best combination of service, convenience, comfort, and affordability.
    - Service: Our vacation homes are serviced by a property manager who is very close to Windsor Hills. Any concerns with the property and they can be there same-day to address the issue.
    - Convenience: Windsor Hills Resort offers the best location for vacations to Disney World and other tourist destinations. It's just 2 miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World. Our properties also offer lots of extra amenities at the resort, free of charge, for our guests.
    - Comfort: Our newly-renovated vacation homes are perfect and very comfortable for both kids and adults, with kids' favourite Disney-themed bedrooms, full kitchens, large flatscreen TVs in every room, and so much more.
    - Affordability: Our vacation homes offer the most affordable prices with no hidden costs, with free-to-use baby items, internet, long distance phone calls, cable TV, free upgrades to early check-in and late check-out if the booking calendar allows, and so much more.

  • Q: Are our properties smoking-free?

  • A: Yes, our properties are smoking-free for all our guests' health. If smoking is detected, and extra cleaning fee will be applied.

  • Q: Are pets allowed?

  • A: No, pets are not allowed at our properties for other guests' health, as many people are allergic to pets' discharges. However, upon request, some exceptions may be granted.

  • Q: What is the booking procedure?

  • A: Make an inquiry via the form on the contact-us page. We will reply to you with a quote if the property is available. If the you accept the quote, we will prepare a Short-Term Rental Agreement and send it to you for a signature. To complete the booking procedure, you must send back the signed Rental Agreement with the security deposit (usually $300). For last-minute bookings, a more flexible booking procedure can be adopted. Please contact us to make arrangements.

  • Q: What is the cancellation policy?

  • A: The renter may cancel the confirmed reservation at any time in the form of an email. The following cancellation policy is in effect:
    • Over 60 days prior to the check-in date: The deposit and rental payment are fully refundable.
    • Within 60 days to the check-in date: The deposit and rental payment are non-refundable.
    If it is likely that you will have a change of vacation plans, travel insurance is highly recommended.

  • Q: Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?

  • A: Sometimes. In order to have enough time for the thorough cleaning service between stays, normal check-in and check-out time is 4:00pm and 10:00am respectively. However, if the booking schedule allows it, the guest can check-in earlier or check-out later at no extra charge after contacting us.

  • Q: When do I get my security deposit back?

  • A: Normally, the security/damage deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the check-out date if no damage is found. Sometimes, accidents can happpen during your stay, and a reasonable charge will be applied to the deposit.

  • Q: Are there shopping centers and restaurants nearby?

  • A: Yes, there is a Walmart Supercenter and a whole plaza of restaurants just a mile from Windsor Hills. Check this page for more information:

  • Q: Do you have a referral reward program?

  • A: Yes, we do offer a referral award program. If the guest you referred stays at our vacation home for 5 nights or more, you are entitled to recieve a US$100 credit towards your next stay (must be 5 nights or longer) at any of our 2 properties.

  • Q: How many cars am I allowed to bring?

  • A: Windsor Hills is a high-demand community resort because of its high standards in quality, comfort, and security. The resort once had parking and crowding issues due to excess cars, so they have applied a 3-car limit per property. However, if you need more than 3 cars, exceptions can be made. Note that 2 of these may be parked on the driveway, while the third cannot block the sidewalk or be parked on the road and must be parked at one of the many designated parking lots throughout Windsor Hills.

COVID-19 Information

The health and wellbeing of our guests is our topmost priority. We take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously, and have implemented various practices to keep our guests healthy. These include:

  • Cleaning all commonly-touched surfaces with disinfectant between stays.
  • No person-to-person contact during check-in and check-out.
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.
  • Industry health standards followed.

These practices are in addition to our already high-standard customary cleaning practices that occur between every stay.
