  • Q: Why our vacation homes?

  • A: Disney Dream Vacation Homes offer the best combination of service, convenience, comfort, and affordability.
    - Service: Our vacation homes are serviced by Five Star Vacation Home, whose manager not only works in Windsor Hills, but also lives in Windsor Hills, and just so happens to be in the same part of Windsor Hills as our amazing properties.
    - Convenience: Windsor Hills Resort offers the best location for vacations to Disney World and other tourist destinations. It's just 2 miles from the main gates of Walt Disney World. Our properties also offer lots of extra 5-star amenities at the resort, free of charge, for our guests.
    - Comfort: Our newly-renovated vacation homes are perfect and very comfortable for both kids and adults, with kids' favourite Disney-themed bedrooms, full kitchens, large flatscreen TVs in every room, and so much more.
    - Affordability: Our vacation homes offer the most affordable prices with no hidden costs, with free-to-use baby items, internet, long distance phone calls, cable TV, free upgrades to early check-in and late check-out if the booking calendar allows, and so much more.

  • Q: Are our properties smoking-free?

  • A: Our properties are smoking-free for all our guests' health. If smoking is detected, and extra cleaning fee will be applied.

  • Q: Are pets allowed?

  • A: Pets are not allowed at our properties, as with every other property in Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills Resort does not allow pets in the community for other guests' health, as many people are allergic to pets' discharges.

  • Q: What is the booking procedure?

  • A: Normally, you'd make an inquiry via email, phone, or the form on the contact-us page. We will reply to you with a quote and booking request form, if the property is available. If the you accept the quote, we will ask you to return the booking request form with a signature. Based on the booking request form, we will prepare a Short-Term Rental Agreement and send it to you for a signature. To complete the booking procedure, you mst send back the signed Rental Agreement with the security deposit (usually $200). For last-minute booking, a flexible booking procedure can be adopted. Please call or email us to make arrangements.

  • Q: What is the cancellation policy?

  • A: The renter may cancel the confirmed reservation at any time. Cancellation must be written in the form of a letter or email. If the rental payment is not received within the time set in the Rental Agreement, the rental is considered cancelled. The following cancellation charges will be applied:
    • Over 90 days prior to the check-in date: The deposit and rental payment will be refunded minus a $30 processing fee.
    • 76 to 90 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the deposit plus the entire rental payment will be refunded. Alternatively, 100% of the deposit can be used as credit towards future rental of that property within 1 year.
    • 61 to 75 days prior to the check-in date: The deposit will not be refunded. The rental payment will be refunded.
    • 45 to 60 days prior to the check-in date: The deposit will not be refunded. 50% of the rental payment will be refunded.
    • Within 45 days prior to the check-in date: No refund.
    If it is likely that you will have a change of vacation plans, travel insurance is highly recommended.

  • Q: Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?

  • A: In order to have enough time for the thorough cleaning service between stays, normal check-in and check-out time is 4:00pm and 10:00am, respectively. If the booking schedule allows it, the guest can check-in earlier or check-out later at no extra charge. This is our bonous program for our guests.

  • Q: When do I get my security deposit back?

  • A: Normally, the security/damage deposit will be refunded within two weeks after the check-out date if no damage is found. Sometimes, accidents can happpen during your stay, and a reasonable charge will be applied to the deposit.

  • Q: Do you have a local property manager?

  • A: This vacation home is serviced by a very local property manager, who exclusively services Windsor Hills Resort, and not only works and lives in Windsor Hills, but happens to live in the same area of the neighborhood as our properties. If there is any problem, he can virtually get to our properties at any moment immediately after your call. Our properties are always kept at its tip-top condition, but if you do need his help, he's practically 'in your arms reach'.

  • Q: Are there shopping centers and restaurants nearby?

  • A: Yes, there is a Walmart Supercenter and a whole plaza of restaurants just a mile from Windsor Hills. Check this page for more information:

  • Q: Do you have a referral reward program?

  • A: Yes, we do offer a referral award program. If the guest you referred stays at our vacation home for over 6 days, you are entitled to receive a US$50 cash reward via our PayPal account, OR a US$100 credit towards your next over-6-day-long stay with us at any of our 2 great properties.

  • Q: How many cars am I allowed to bring?

  • A: Windsor Hills is a high-demand community resort because of its high standards in quality, comfort, and security. The resort once had parking and crowding issues due to excess cars, so they have applied a 3-car limit per property. However, if you need more than 3 cars, exceptions can be made.

COVID-19 Information

The health and wellbeing of our guests is our topmost priority. We take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously, and have implemented various practices to keep our guests healthy. These include:

  • Cleaning all commonly-touched surfaces with disinfectant between stays.
  • No person-to-person contact during check in and check out.
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
  • Our properties follows industry health standards.

These practices are in addition to our already high-standard cleaning practices that occur between every stay, including thorougly cleaning all surfaces, vacuuming the floors, washing and changing bedding, replacing towels and supplies, and so much more.
