Rates

Below is a general guideline on our rates:

Low Season May, September $220 / night
Mid Season January, February, October $250 / night
High Season March, April, June, July, August, November, December $280 / night
Holidays Christmas, New Years, Easter $2800 / week (7 nights)

Pool heating is optional at $30/night for your stay. There is a $180 cleaning fee for each booking, and a $300 security deposit that will be refunded within 2 weeks after you check-out.


Availability

The calendar below shows the availability of the villa. A reserved box over a date means that night and its following morning is reserved.

Pool heating is optional at $15/night for your stay. There is a $120 cleaning fee for each booking, and a $200 security deposit that will be refunded within 2 weeks after you check-out.

Bookings are subject to a 13.5% Florida sales tax on the rental rate (not on pool heat / cleaning fees). All prices are in USD. Special rates for gap date bookings can be made.

Payment methods we accept include: Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card, & Paypal (4% service fee if using PayPal).

COVID-19 Information

The health and wellbeing of our guests is our topmost priority. We take the COVID-19 pandemic seriously, and have implemented various practices to keep our guests healthy. These include:

  • Cleaning all commonly-touched surfaces with disinfectant between stays.
  • No person-to-person contact during check-in and check-out.
  • All towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF.
  • Industry health standards followed.

These practices are in addition to our already high-standard customary cleaning practices that occur between every stay.
